without a doubt, what the world at large is going through is tragic. this is a disaster. but in the human experience, it is in the grittiest of times, the going through, that we can transform and shift into higher levels of being. the death and ending of one way, is just the starting point of a new way. for the first time, we are all being forced to wake up together. in the past maybe one of us would go through a personal tragedy, wake up a little…but now we are all in this together. you can resist it, but it’s happening. if you’ve never sat alone with yourself for a really long time and went into your caves, it’s going to feel extremely uncomfortable. but the thing about caves is - although they are dark, they also hold your treasure if you seek with enough determination to find it. the truth is, tomorrow isn’t certain for any of us, and now we are in a time where each day we are being forced to learn to wake up and be with only with each moment as it passes. how we got here does not matter either, it doesn’t do us any good to sit and point the finger at who or why or how we got here. it’s not about the problem, it’s about the solutions. what can you do now? how can you help now? what is essential for you now? we can make beautiful things come from this time, we can learn to cherish what really matters during this time...let’s do that. #spreadlove #toiletpaper #nomatterwhat #health #wellness #mentalhealth #wakeup #awareness #covid19 #corona
